unter c:windowslogscbscbs.log werden Fehler aufgelistet nachdem man ein sfc /scannow durchgeführt hat....

dann bitte die Windows ISO (!) der jeweiligen Windows Version (und BUILD !!) nach c:tmp entpacken - im Ordner c:tmp nach der Datei "install.wim" suchen und diese nach c:tmp kopieren

Einen Ordner "c:tmpmount" erstellen

in einer administrativen cmd folgende Befehle durchführen:

Dism /mount-wim /wimFile:c:tmpinstall.wim /index:1 /MountDir:c:tmpmount

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:c:tmpmountwindows /LimitAccess

Dism /unmount-wim /Mountdir:c:tmpmount /discard

re-run: sfc /scannow
